Marchesi di Grésy – Camp Gros Martinenga Barbaresco Riserva DOCG 2018

The crown jewel in the Martinenga cru, Camp Gros is a 2.6 hectare parcel at the eastern end of Martinenga, bordered by the Rabaja cru to the north and east.  This boasts beautiful, ethereal perfumes of orange peel, rose and a touch of tobacco, and a silky palate of ripe fruit and sleek tannins.  Vigorous acidity brings balance to the noble tannins in this truly harmonious and elegant rendition of Barbaresco.
