Gaiun is a distinct, south-facing parcel located at the western end of the singular Martinenga cru. The warmer vintage brings aromas of ripe red fruit, rose and hints of tobacco and balsamic. Juicy red cherry and liquorice inject a vibrancy to the palate, with fine-grained tannins providing the structural backbone to a smoky and nutty finish.
