Gaiun is a distinct, south-facing parcel located at the western end of the singular Martinenga cru. The 2015 is part of a limited release of back vintages that will be released directly from the estate in 2025. Exhibiting exotic perfumes of blood orange, tart strawberry and leather, the palate on the 2015 Gaiun is similarly bohemian, with a blend of kirsch, cracked pepper and star anise framing the abundant ripe fruit flavours.
