The crown jewel in the Martinenga cru, Camp Gros is a 2.3 hectare parcel at the eastern end of Martinenga, bordered by the Rabaja cru to the north and easy. The 2012 is part of a limited release of back vintages that will be released directly from the estate in 2025. Orange peel, pomegranate and rose are the immediate aromas overlaying tertiary hints of leather and tobacco. The palate is full of delicious red fruit, with supple tannins underscoring the long, elegant finish.
