From the muscular Cerretta cru in Serralunga d’Alba, Sergio Germano has once again defied the difficult 2017 conditions to produce a fantastic expression of this MGA. Already approachable, the pretty nose combines ripe cherry, liquorice, rose petal and sweet spices. The refined palate is fully of juicy red berry, orange peel with a touch of vanilla bean and tea leaf on the structured finish.
