Made in the classical champagne method, this Alta Langa Riserva sparkler is aged for 65 months on the lees. The almost perfect 2016 growing season lends irresistible notes to this gorgeous sparkler. Complex aromas of candied fruit, lemon zest, springtime flowers and a touch of bread crust are readily apparent on the nose. The balanced palate is both energetic and elegant at the same time, bringing with it a refined perlage and a creamy, mineral-laced finish.
