Described by winemaker Giorgio Negro as not your “typical swimming pool rosé”, this rosato is vinified from 100% early-picked Nebbiolo grapes that go into production of the estate’s Barbaresco. Aromas of jammy fruit compote, fresh spring flowers and a touch of peppermint are apparent, whilst the energetic palate is full of fresh strawberries amidst a sea of freshness and elegance. Tannic structure is present to hold up into first courses and white meats.
