The more structured of Giorgio Negro’s Barbarescos, made with a combination of fruit from the Albesani and the Gaja Principe crus and aged in 500 litre Austrian, French and Slavonian oak barrels. Intense and concentrated aromas of blackberries, plums and a touch of cocoa evolve into a complex palate of raspberry, spice and liquorice.
