From grapes from the celebrated Prapò cru in Serralunga d’Alba on which the cellars sit, the cooler 2018 vintage has coaxed out all the fresh elegance that these vineyards bring. There are perfumes of bright red fruit, dried flowers and liquorice. The medium bodied palate brings tart cherry, cake spice and liquorice before finishing on a textbook note of saline minerality.
