Made in the classical champagne method, this Alta Langa Riserva sparkler is aged for 65 months on the lees. The fantastic growing season in 2016 contributes layered aromas of yuzu, honeysuckle and gingerbread alongside classics such as ripe orchard fruit and toasted brioche. There is bright acidity on the rounded palate, with a hint of saline minerality on the energetic and persistent finish.
