Made in the classical champagne method, this Alta Langa Riserva sparkler is aged for 65 months on the lees. The 2015 vintage is the first Blanc de Blanc released by Sergio Germano and is an absolute delight. The nose blends aromas of apple, white flowers and toasted breadcrumbs, whilst the delicate effervescence evolves into a textured palate of orchard fruit, stony minerality and a hint of creaminess on the medium bodied finish.
